1. Terms Acceptance

By registering an account, subscribing to any plans, or accessing the services provided by Lynkova, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these rules, you may not register or utilize our platform.

2. User Registration and Account Security

To create and manage pages on the platform, you must adhere to the following security protocols:

• Valid Credentials: You must sign up with a valid email address and keep your password secure.
• Username Selection: Usernames and custom URL slugs must only consist of alphanumeric characters, hyphens, and underscores. You may not claim usernames that impersonate brands, contain offensive language, or infringe on third-party trademarks.
• Single Identity: We reserve the right to reclaim, change, or terminate any username if it is deemed inactive, misleading, or a trademark infringement.

3. Platform Usage and Prohibited Content

You retain full ownership of the links and content posted to your public bio page. However, you agree not to publish any links, files, text, or training data that:

Violating these rules will result in immediate suspension, termination, or banning of your platform access without any refund.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellations

If you upgrade to our Pro or Business subscription tiers, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment Gateway: All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly schedule depending on your selection.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Billing tab in your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your premium plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Admin Assignments: Plans manually assigned by system administrators are promotional or support configurations. We reserve the right to revoke manually assigned plans at our sole discretion.

5. AI Chatbot Campaign Terms

The platform includes AI-powered chatbot widgets configured by users. Users are fully responsible for the training document assets they upload. Lynkova is not liable for chatbot responses, claims, or client leads gathered through the chatbot widget.

6. Account Suspensions and Deletions

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate platform policies. Users can choose to permanently delete their accounts in the settings dashboard at any time, which deletes all links, analytics events, profile data, and payment logs immediately and permanently.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lynkova is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly secure at all times, although we utilize best practices to maximize platform reliability.
