Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans & Billing
Lynkova offers both free features and premium subscription plans (Pro, Business). Premium plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the option you selected during upgrade. By subscribing, you authorize Lynkova to charge the recurring fee from your linked payment source (Razorpay) at the beginning of each billing cycle.
2. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your active subscription at any time directly through your user dashboard under **Billing Settings**. There are no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain fully active until the end of your current billing period. Once the billing period expires, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free Plan, and no further charges will be made.
3. Refund Eligibility
Since we provide a comprehensive **Free Plan** to try out all the dynamic customizers, theme previews, and layout configurations before purchase, our paid subscriptions are generally **non-refundable**.
However, refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Accidental Double Billing: If the payment gateway (Razorpay) charges you twice for the same billing cycle, we will instantly refund the duplicate charge.
- Technical Errors: If a technical issue on our server prevents you from accessing paid features for an extended period, and we are unable to resolve it within 3 business days of your report, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
- Billing Discrepancy: If you were charged incorrectly due to a gateway integration mismatch.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund under the eligible conditions, please contact our support team within **7 days** of the transaction. Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Netbanking) via Razorpay. It usually takes **5 to 7 working days** for the refund amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
