• Razorpay Payment Metadata: To process premium plan upgrades, transactions are secure and managed via Razorpay. We do not store credit card numbers. We store transaction IDs, gateway details, and active billing dates to manage subscriptions.
• AI Chatbot Widgets: When you deploy chatbot campaigns, we log training documents and conversational scripts to facilitate AI prompts. We also collect name and email lead metadata voluntarily submitted by visitors during chats.

One of the core features of Lynkova is providing creators with advanced tracking insights. When visitors view your public link-in-bio profile, we securely capture:

Privacy Compliance: All IP addresses used for location estimation are resolved on-the-fly and are not logged or associated with personal user profiles. This tracking is fully privacy-compliant.

• To authorize Google logins and authenticate secure user dashboards.
• To process premium plan payments and issue commercial billing invoices.

5. Data Sharing and Selling

We never sell your personal data or user list to third-party advertising companies. We only share data with verified payment processing partners (Razorpay) and standard auth infrastructure APIs (Google API Cloud Console) as required to perform basic account services.

• Profile Visibility: You can toggle your profile page public/private at any time in settings.
• Avatar Sync: You can freely select between your custom image, synced Google account image, or letter initials.
• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your profile and all stored information at any time directly through the Settings Danger Zone.
